Velvet cat eye nails are made with unique glitters that create a dreamy and mysterious effect. The nails reflect light differently based on the angle and lighting. 

Each nail is painted with holographic polish and then a magnet is used to create the desired shape of shine. The nails are then cured with a UV lamp. This process is repeated for each nail and can take up to an hour for a complete set.
