Ordering & Sizing

How do I find my size?

A perfect fit is the difference between "pretty" and "are those your real nails?!" Measure the width of each natural nail with a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper and a ruler), then match your measurements to our Sizing Guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — a nail file can fine-tune the fit. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram @eclairestudio_ and we'll help you size before you order.

What's included with every set?

Each order arrives ready to wear, complete with:

  • Your full set of ten hand-finished press-on nails
  • Adhesive tabs, cuticle stick, nail file, and buffer
  • An application & removal guide so your set wears beautifully — and survives to be worn again

Do you offer customizations?

We do — customizations are one of our favorite things to make. Send us an Instagram DM or email at eclairenailstudios@gmail.com with reference images or a description of your dream set, plus your preferred shape, length, and sizes. A $9.00 customization fee will be added to the cost of your design, and because each customization is created exclusively for you, custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Processing time varies with the complexity of the design.

How fast will my order ship?

Every order is prepared and shipped from our Orlando studio within 48 hours.

Standard Shipping — $6.95, arrives in 2–7 business days. FREE on orders $60+

Express Shipping — $15.99, arrives in 1–5 business days. FREE on orders $99+

What is your return policy?

Because our nails are worn on the body, all sales are final for sanitary reasons — we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing. We never resell products, and every set that leaves our studio is brand new and untouched.

The one exception: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

That's why sizing before you order matters so much — check our Sizing Guide, and if you're at all unsure, message us at eclairenailstudios@gmail.com or on Instagram before placing your order. We'd love to help you get the perfect fit the first time.

What if I lose a nail?

Handmade art deserves a long life. If a piece from your set goes missing or gets damaged, our Replacement Service can restore it:

  1. Reach out — message us on Instagram or through the site chat with your set name and the nails you need.
  2. Get a quote — priced by the style and complexity of the design.
  3. We repaint — your replacements are recreated by hand with the same precision as the originals.
  4. Delivered — shipped straight to your door, ready to complete your set.

Wearing Your Éclaire Set

How long will my nails last?

With our adhesive tabs, expect 4–10 days of wear per application — and your set is reusable up to 6 times with gentle care. Longevity comes down to prep and technique, so follow the steps below (or watch our How To Apply tutorial on Instagram).

How do I apply them?

  1. Prep the surface — gently buff your natural nails, reaching the sides and near the cuticle.
  2. Tidy cuticles — push them back gently for a clean, seamless base.
  3. Cleanse — wipe each nail with the alcohol prep pad to remove oils and dust.
  4. Size your tabs — choose the adhesive tab that best fits each nail and press it on firmly.
  5. Smooth out air bubbles — use the flat end of your cuticle stick.
  6. Activate the bond — peel off the top protective layer. Pro tip: warm the adhesive with a hair dryer for 3–5 seconds for maximum hold.
  7. The 45° angle — align the press-on near your cuticle (not touching skin) at a 45-degree angle.
  8. Secure the fit — slide toward the cuticle line and press down across the whole nail bed.
  9. Set the seal — hold firm pressure for 15–30 seconds.
  10. The golden rule — avoid water for 1–2 hours while the adhesive fully sets.

How do I remove and reuse them?

  1. Soak your fingertips in a bowl of warm, soapy water for 2–5 minutes.
  2. Using the cuticle stick, gently lift each nail starting where the tab meets your nail bed, working slowly outward — never force or pry.
  3. Peel any remaining adhesive from your natural nails and the press-ons.
  4. Store your set in its box, ready for its next wear.

To reuse: simply apply fresh adhesive tabs and follow the application steps again.

A note on glue: we don't recommend nail glue if you plan to reuse your set — it can damage both your natural nails and the hand-painted artwork. Adhesive tabs give you strong wear and a long life for your art.

How long will these nails last?

How can I reuse the press ons?

Enjoy the versatility of our press-on nails which can be reused multiple times.

Adhesive Tabs: To prepare for another application, simply remove the used adhesive tabs from the backside of the nails and place it back to the storage box for next time.

Glue: If you choose to use glue, remove the nails carefully and gently file away any excess glue from the nails.

Please note, we DO NOT recommend using glue if you plan to reuse the nails. Glue can cause damage to both your natural nails and the press-on nails.

How to Apply: Adhesive Tab Method 🪄

1. Prep the Surface: Gently buff the surface of your natural nails, making sure to reach the sides and near the cuticle.

2. Tidy Cuticles: Gently push back your cuticles to create a clean, seamless base.

3. Cleanse & Dehydrate: Wipe each nail thoroughly with an alcohol prep pad to remove any natural oils or dust.

4. Size Your Tabs: Select the adhesive tab that best fits your natural nail size and apply it firmly.

5. Remove Air Bubbles: Use the flat end of your cuticle pusher (or the wooden stick provided) to smooth out the adhesive, ensuring there are no air bubbles trapped underneath.

6. Activate the Bond: Peel off the top protective layer.

✨ Pro Tip: For maximum longevity, lightly warm the adhesive with a hair dryer for 3–5 seconds before applying the nail.

7. The 45° Angle: Align the press-on nail near the cuticle (but not touching the skin) at a 45-degree angle.

8. Secure the Fit: Slide the nail toward the cuticle line and press down firmly across the entire nail bed.

9. Set the Seal: Hold firm pressure for 15–30 seconds to ensure a strong, even bond.

10. The Golden Rule: Avoid contact with water for at least 1–2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.

 

 

 

 

Removal Instructions

  1. Fill a bowl with warm water add some soap if possible. 
  2. Place your hand in the bow for 2-5 minutes 
  3. Take the cuticle stick and use it to carefully remove the gel tabs from your natural nails. Begin at the point where the gel tab connects to the nail bed and slowly work your way outwards.
  4. After removing the jelly tape, remove any remaining adhesive. Keep the nails in your dust box for future use.
