Processing & Shipping

In-stock sets ship from our Orlando studio within 2 business days. Customized sets are made to order and take 1–7 business days to complete, depending on the design.

Standard: $6.95, 2–7 business days after dispatch — free on orders $60+

Express: $15.99, 1–5 business days after dispatch — free on orders $99+

Free-shipping thresholds apply to your order subtotal after discounts. Free local pickup is available at UCF and can be selected at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that window, production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

Sizing Exchanges

We offer one size exchange per customer. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at eclairenailstudios@gmail.com with your order number and the sizes you need, and we will arrange the exchange. The original set must be unworn, with adhesive tabs and glue unused, and return shipping on it is the Collector's responsibility. Beyond that window, or once your exchange has been used, we are unable to help — so please measure before you order using our Find Your Size tool.

Returns

Because our nails are worn on the body, we do not accept general returns for sanitary reasons. Every set that leaves the studio is new and untouched, and we never resell returned product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the set and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will replace or refund the affected pieces, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

Because every set is handmade, slight variation in color between the finished set and the images on our site is normal and is not considered a defect.

Customizations are created exclusively for you and are final — they cannot be returned or exchanged, including for sizing.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is scanned as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the carrier. We will help you file a claim, but we are not able to replace parcels marked delivered. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout.

How long will these nails last?

Get the most out of your Éclaire Studio press-on nails with our adhesive tabs, designed for 4-10 days of wear!

The longevity of your manicure largely depends on proper nail preparation and application technique. For optimal results, be sure to follow the steps in our 'How To Apply' guide.

How can I reuse the press ons?

Enjoy the versatility of our press-on nails which can be reused multiple times.

Adhesive Tabs: To prepare for another application, simply remove the used adhesive tabs from the backside of the nails and place it back to the storage box for next time.

Glue: If you choose to use glue, remove the nails carefully and gently file away any excess glue from the nails.

Please note, we DO NOT recommend using glue if you plan to reuse the nails. Glue can cause damage to both your natural nails and the press-on nails.

How to Apply: Adhesive Tab Method 🪄

1. Prep the Surface: Gently buff the surface of your natural nails, making sure to reach the sides and near the cuticle.

2. Tidy Cuticles: Gently push back your cuticles to create a clean, seamless base.

3. Cleanse & Dehydrate: Wipe each nail thoroughly with an alcohol prep pad to remove any natural oils or dust.

4. Size Your Tabs: Select the adhesive tab that best fits your natural nail size and apply it firmly.

5. Remove Air Bubbles: Use the flat end of your cuticle pusher (or the wooden stick provided) to smooth out the adhesive, ensuring there are no air bubbles trapped underneath.

6. Activate the Bond: Peel off the top protective layer.

✨ Pro Tip: For maximum longevity, lightly warm the adhesive with a hair dryer for 3–5 seconds before applying the nail.

7. The 45° Angle: Align the press-on nail near the cuticle (but not touching the skin) at a 45-degree angle.

8. Secure the Fit: Slide the nail toward the cuticle line and press down firmly across the entire nail bed.

9. Set the Seal: Hold firm pressure for 15–30 seconds to ensure a strong, even bond.

10. The Golden Rule: Avoid contact with water for at least 1–2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.

 

 

 

 

Removal Instructions

  1. Fill a bowl with warm water add some soap if possible. 
  2. Place your hand in the bow for 2-5 minutes 
  3. Take the cuticle stick and use it to carefully remove the gel tabs from your natural nails. Begin at the point where the gel tab connects to the nail bed and slowly work your way outwards.
  4. After removing the jelly tape, remove any remaining adhesive. Keep the nails in your dust box for future use.

    Please note that all custom orders are final and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Due to the detailed nature of these designs, the processing time may vary based on the complexity and availability.
