Return and Refund Policy

Each Éclaire set is hand-painted, light variations in color, finish, and detail between your set and the images on our site are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that window, production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

Hygiene and final sale
For reasons of hygiene and customer safety, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, or for a different style once an order has been placed.

Size exchanges
One size exchange is permitted once per customer, requested within 3 days of delivery. The original set must be unworn, with adhesive tabs and glue unused. Return shipping on exchanges is the Collector's responsibility. Customized sets are not eligible for exchange.

Please consult our sizing guide before ordering. Note that Extra Short Almond runs slightly small on longer nail beds — size up if you fall between sizes.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at eclairenailstudios@gmail.com with clear photographs of the set and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected pieces at our discretion. Return shipping in these cases is covered by us.

Outside of damaged or incorrect orders, we do not offer free returns.
